Back to School

Just like the shoemakers children never have shoes, my children rarely get cookies that were intended for them. Don't get me wrong, they get plenty of broken, extra, or practice cookies! But I thought for back to school (and extra dough) I would make them these mini apples as a first day of school surprise in their lunch. Carrigan helped decorate, she IS in 4th grade now!

Congratulations Kim! These graduation cookies were served at a graduation party for a friend's daughter. What makes them even more special is that Kim was the last of three children to graduate from college! This was a real celebration! Best of luck to all of the graduates!
